i made milk-chocolate chip cookies. i used a recipe i found on line for using splenda. i think the recipe called for two much butter. they really spread out while baking. not very pretty but they taste good. i used splenda white and brown. will try it again, just converting one for myself.

made lovely very simple yeast dinner rolls. very pretty too. the day before made a pound cake. both are all gone after dinner last night.

making low-sodium pineapple muffins. found recipe on line. pm me if you would the recipe. very quick and easy, taste will tell.

Will be "baking" a salmon filet later today. I'm considering some foccacia while I have the oven warmed up. DH will just have to control himself with the fresh bread.

starting a loaf of salt free bread, tuscan bread it is called. has to rise overnight. so won't actually bake til tomorrow.

Made Pinched Orange Macaroons. Mmmm.....very good. Saw it on a Martha Stewart episode featuring this petit four from New York's Four Seasons Hotel.

baked off a loaf of salt free bread. very crusty. nice crumb. it has a lot of steps . found one that is not so involved, to make next.

had slice with egg salad on it. was very yummy

I ended up baking ciabatta, 1 loaf...it is excellent! So simple and easy!
