Dessert on Monday: Cherry cobbler for dessert (I didn’t get any pictures of it cut because it kind of fell apart when cut).

Yep. I used the mini loaf pan. I'll be making some more today. Maybe another loaf of French bread, too.

More banana nut bread today and a loaf of French bread. My second one. They keep coming out looking more like Italian bread

I made a large carrot cake today and used the last of the carrots in the frig. I have plenty more in the garden, but there is a blizzard going on right now and I am not going to dig any time soon
