I made a summer berry pie.
Baked a graham cracker crust, then filled with some pureed berries (with some sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice added), topped it with fresh raspberries, marionberries and blueberries.

I have an apple cake in the oven for brunch guests. It's a great recipe, and if anyone wants to try it, I've posted it here:TNT Apple Cake

Envious of all of you who can bake. Its MUCH too hot to consider turning on an oven and I'm not proficient enough with the BBQ to figure out how to bake in that thing. Oh well, when it gets cooler I'll kick it back into gear. Til then I'll just read this thread and dream and drool!
