I've seen the apricot glaze watching TV chefs. I thought it was a standard French pastry way to do a glaze.

Easter Meat pie
Cheesecake (will be topped with cherries when served)
Thank you AddieI am coming for dinner. It is too late this year, but I need to get back in the kitchen whether I am eating or not and start baking again. That meat pie looks so good. Nice and full and not a lot of crust. But even the crust looks delicious.
No wheat pie with basket cheese? Good looking crust and filling.Easter Meat pie

No wheat pie OR sweet pie this year. My recipes are for a 4 pie yield EACH. In the past aunt's and mom tried to half the recipes and they just don't come out properly. First I am type 2 second I have no room for an additional 8 pies. LOL Family are scattered or passed and no friends to give to. So sadly that is a tradition that has been left by the waysideNo wheat pie?
