You probably already know this, but it is likely the nylon worm gear and should be fairly easy and cheap to fix. There are youtube videos on how to do it.

Oh, and I can freeze it!!!! I am definitely giving this a try next weekend with pattypan and Swiss Chard. I will also give it a whirl when the pumpkin is ready. Thanks!

Andy did get the mixer fixed.

During the discussion, if I remember, we decided he abused the mixer by mixing the bagel dough on too high a speed and it caused premature wear on the nylon gear (after 10 years).

The toilet incident is, of course, more funny than the worn gear.

Kylie it took abt 2 hours cooking time. I have 4 cake tins so I could cook 4 at once decorating only took abt an hour all up
