middie, I just finished off my bottle of chocolate soymilk. The local store does not carry the brand (8th Continent) I like, so I have to wait until I make another trip to Reno, NV to get some more.

Chamomile hot tea and two Advil. Tea because it sounds good and Advil for my right shoulder (old injury) that is killing me due to all the yard work I did this afternoon.

Sounds like me and what I do with coffee in the morning. I am always forever leaving it and when I get around to drinking the coffee it is too cold.
