I get my lunch made and delivered to me five days a week. Today I had a cheeseburger, minus any salt, I left the bun behind, vanilla pudding along with a small salad, and some other goodies. I ate the salad along with just the burger and cheese. That will hopefully hold me for the day.
If I should get hungry later on, I have a couple of Italian sausages thawed out and will cook them up. I am trying very hard to get protein into me. I also have two potatoes left and a couple of onions. I LOVE fried onions. So I will most likely saute them up with the sausages. And I might pop the potatoes into the oven for the carbs. I am still trying my best to get back up to 75 pounds.
