White Pasta Fagioli

Make some Terriaki sauce. Doubled breaded and egged some checking breast. Dipped in homemade terriaki sauce.
Wish I had time to marinade. Would have have deeper infusion of sauce.

I'm baking a 1.2 pound Idaho Russet Spud, to be smothered in chili and cheese.

We sure got a lot of mileage on that Asian pork loin I roasted a few nights ago.

I used up the last of it tonight with glorified Pork Fried Rice..peas/carrot/green onion/red bell pepper/celery/ginger/egg strips/peas/cilantro, and honey sliced almonds on the top. Delicious...
 
Last night DH made Creamy Ranch Chicken over egg noodles with lima beans and garlic bread. I thought it was ok, DH really liked it. He said it was because he put Parmesan cheese on his and I didn't. lol (don't tell him I said this, but he could be right) lol
 
It was DH's birthday and I always make lasagna for his birthday :wub: I let it overbrown a little but we enjoyed it anyway. I also made a loaf of pane bianco bread, stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil. Salad on the side and individual bowls of tiramisu for dessert. .
