I was lazy?

The chilli didn't happen as life happened. I went out for Jamaican takeout. Vegetable roti for my wife and goat curry (with rice and cole-slaw) for myself. Yum!

Pot roast cooked in the Instant Pot (chuck roast, quartered mushrooms, burgundy wine, water, gravy master and dry onion soup mix), buttered steamed carrot coins, whipped Yukon & red potatoes (butter, salt, pepper, onion & chive cream cheese spread and sour cream) and au jus gravy.

It was delicious!
