Leftover pork loin and boudin for me tonight. I started with an appetizer of Alaskan smoked salmon/cream cheese spread on crackers. I haven't made that in a long time.

Met wife for dinner, my treat, after work.
She chose the poached chicken salad and I had the blue cod n chips and salad. Salad was meh!

I sliced up some pork and mixed it with an envelope of garlic and herbs seasoning, adding a little wine (the rest went in me) and some lime juice, then slow cooked in the oven after marinating. I'm having that in tortillas with cheese and onions, and maybe some sour cream if I can remember it.
