I have to try an apple with salt--I never have before. Is there a certain kind of apple that's better with salt than others?

A large cup of toasted coconut coffee (which I have to keep heating up because my office is so cold) and an orange scone. Actually it's breakfast--I got up too late to eat at home this morning.
