the beet greans were very tasty, they got a little bitter when I sauteed them but I added some honey to balance it out and it worked well. Thanks

The night before I made a sandwich out of one and it hung over the bread! Normally I would make them smaller. I also love yellow squash! If needed I could make some tarter sauce.
