well this is an odd one but don't knock it till you try it
an egg on a English muffin with a bratwurst fried in the leftover butter from the egg with Swiss and miracle whip

My favorite sweet snack is sultanas. I nibble on them when I fancy something sweet. I carry them in small bags in my handbag which is handy when I am out to stop me tempting to buy chocolate bars or sweets.
