I went out for a holiday dinner with a few neighbors. We had TexMex at Posados. I went with my favorite, cheese enchiladas with chili con carne, rice and refried beans.

I've got pork paprikash with egg noodles planned in a bit..but, it is the beginning of my short holiday, so it may or may not happen..
