Wow, I can't believe I am just starting this thread now! I guess everyone was enjoying the nice weather.

Dad and I had meat pies (the last two in the freezer - I thought I just made them, wow!) and salad.

What did/are you having?

Shrimp with shallots and roasted red peppers in a butter and wine sauce over spaghetti.
