I had some leftover butternut squash risotto, from Thanksgiving. :) It was yummy.

What a mountain of a sandwich!! Yum. I don't think I'd be able to get my mouth around it, and I have a BIG mouth!

I had a peanut butter sandwich for lunch.

Tonight will be leftover pasilla chilies with shredded pork. I finally got to the end of the T-Day leftovers, except for turkey. I'm hoping to get some cooking in this week, but my "weekend" has been shortened by one day. Working an extra shift!

I finally know what these are! They look tasty! There was a show on The Food Network I saw over last weekend that featured them as part of the show.

I took the leftover chicken and noodles from last night's dinner and made a soup out of it. With it, I had a peanut butter sandwich.
