Today was a slice of fantastic local pizza left over from last night, with mashed yams on the side.

I had a grilled sandwich - cheddar & Swiss cheese with thin sliced Genoa salami in between, all on a 3 corn rye bread from a local bakery.

Half order of nachos from denny's (chips, green chili beef, nacho sauce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream) 1-1/2 glasses of cola, and ice water.
Sooo unhealthy.

We went out for lunch and I had fried bluegill, steak fries, corn nuggets and slaw. It was yummy!

We went out with some friends from work to a local Indian resturant for the lunch buffet. It was really really good. ( I've only had Indian food once before0

early lunch was tempura ramen (buckwheat?) with some extras thrown in and some leftover (a couple tablespoons worth) of mashed potatoes. And a strawberry applesauce cup. Also a soda (I wish I could stop that) and some water.
