Since I live in Germany, maybe the shops will be giving out tasters of that. Then I can try it and see if I like it, before I buy.

I wonder, if ground hazelnuts or almonds with the grinds in the filter would give a nutty taste. That would be great. Natural!!! I will try it, next time i have nuts, in the house.

I think putting vanilla icecream, in coffee, is popular in France.
I have not yet tried it. But it does sound good.

NO NO!! orange peels do not go in the coffee pot with the coffee...

It's mostly served as an after dinner coffee...in small demitasse cups as the coffee is quite strong!!

Rather than me typing a long recipe here...do a google search and you will find recipes and the "method" of preparing Cafe' Brulot....

Isn't esspresso with a icecream called an affogatto (sp?)
I am sure I've seen it in cafes and stuff.
