What goes well with mango sorbet?

I've had this in my freezer and it's just been sitting there. It tastes too strong to eat on its own. Any suggestions?

As a dessert or otherwise? You can use the sorbet with raw seafoods in a carpaccio or ceviche style dish.

I never thought of using it like that! I don't cook seafood much, I haven't lived on an island very long, but I should learn.

I'd try a scoop of mango sorbet in a glass with champayne - like a mango champayne spritzer.

Send a message via Yahoo to cristal
You could make a chilled fruit soup and spoon it over a scoop of the sorbet.
