I brought home a rotisserie chicken and we had that with baked beans and corn on the cob. Nothing very exciting here, and for dessert we had ice cream.

It was a long day.

Dinner for me was salad (no dressing), 3 ounces of tuna, wheat crackers, dill spear, and followed with raw peanuts and raisins.

Fajitas and cumin rice. Made a pico as a topping with chipotle sour cream. At our new place we have a mango tree. Not much of a mango fan. Two small ripe ones had fallen off so I decided to make a mango/pineapple salsa. Gave me a chance to try one of the ghost peppers. Wow!

Emeralds are real Gems! C. caninus & C. Batesii.
