That's their secret to help you in losing weight. The food tasts so bad, you don't eat.

triple layer chocolate, caramel infused, triple layer cake with a light fluffy chocoalte/coffee icing. There's a new bakery in town, had to check it out. Pretty great breakfast with a cup of coffee.

My Peeps. Son #1 bought me more that I should have last night. Doing my best to make them disappear.

Coffee, toast, bacon and egg, crossaints, steam buns in weekdays.

Cereals, noodles in the weekends.

Grilled cheese with havarti & provolone cheese on my homemade potato bread that I shared with Cocoa, and a wholewheat pancake topped with blueberry jam.

I was going to go out for breakfast with Mark, but I'm still stuffed from last night. In a few hours, I might have a small bowl of cereal with fresh blueberries or half a grapefruit.
