Heh! Guess who cooks when I am at Mom's... First thing my Dad always says is, "Would you make some oatmeal?" doesn't matter what time of day I show up.

Stir-fried brown rice with egg and diced ham. A variation of my daily egg diet!

Steel cut oatmeal with maple sugar and dried banana chips. I really detest rolled oats for oatmeal, but steel cut oats are really nutty delicious and a whole different ballgame.

A one-skillet breakfast sausage McMuffin.

I toasted an English muffin and cooked a couple of sausages on opposite sides of my CI skillet then fried a cheese topped egg sunny side up in a biscuit cutter.

Today I had a home made macaroon, sandwiched with fresh raspberry puree mixed with mascarpone.

Does this make me a bad person?
