Two soft boil eggs with a pat of butter. Couldn't finish them. Got full to quickly.

A 2-egg omelet with leftover spinach and sauteed mushrooms. I love it when I have that kind of stuff leftover for omelets.

Smoothie. Today's ingredients on hand were, mango, banana, blueberry juice and ground flax seed. Not a bad combo, actually.

Looks great! I'm HOPING there are ripe tomatoes in the garden at the farm...heading out tomorrow...and SWEET CORN! It was alllllllmost ready last weekend....
