Coffee/creamer, 1/2 banana, 1/2 beef steak jerky & a strawberry toaster strudel.

Whoa, girl! You must be having those self-induced hot flashes...deep breath...cool washcloth on your forehead..go outside naked (if it is cooler and you are isolated).Snort
Come on girls! Spice that strong is more likely to scare chest hair away!
Gave myself a shock this morning. I was half asleep when I made my cayenne tea, not sure where my mind was wondering but I added 3 tsps of cayenne
Must have thought I'm making hubby's coffee

Living in the cold country it works really well. Cold cereal in the morning when you need to step outside where it is -10 or even - 20 is not a good choice of nutrition. After eating something hot (and porridge is not an option for me, as I hate the stuff) soup becomes a really good option.
There is a funny story about (was not so funny then) that soup/breakfast. When my son was in 3 or 4 grade the teacher asked the class the same question so my son in the conversation told her that his father, that’s me likes soup for breakfast. She gave him a hard time you would not believe it. Told him that he is making up stories so on and so forth, I had to go to school clean up the mess as he came home nearly crying.
See that, Charlie. Even the teacher thought you were crazy!
Sounds like the teacher was crazy for calling the kid a liar.
