I liked Vegemite the first time i tasted it, too and I was an adult at the time. My boss fixed me a hot out of the oven hard roll with butter and Vegemite...been eating it ever since.

Hub and I had grilled american cheese, swiss cheese and imported ham (browned in butter first then added to sandwich before grilling). I used seeded rye bread.

I had an "Eat Your Greens Fruit Smoothie"....blueberries, frozen banana, pomegranate juice, almond milk, flaxseed, and lots of raw spinach all blended
