This morning it was a steak, steamed kale, and brown rice. A big glass of plain Seltzer with 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (this I drank while the rest was cooking).

Scrambled egg whites topped with fat free cheese & a ketchup packet. 2 slices of lite 12 grain bread with strawberry jam & lite peanut butter. Also, a 20 oz. fat free, sugar free iced latte.

Navy-style scrambled eggs (scrambled in the CI skillet, no milk added), kale, and a side of grits.
