I can't handle a regular coffee anymore, I've been drinking dark roast that has less caffiene, a regular gives me the shakes.

No, just dark roast, it naturally has less caffiene, but tastes stronger. Lighter roasts still have the full dose of caffiene.

I thought it would take me awhile to get used to decaf but I liked it straight away, as long as I have sugar in my coffee, I am happy

I had a bowl of Cracklin' Oat Bran, a glass of red grape juice and a cup of tea.

Stopped at subway after my banana run for work this morning. I had a 6" flatbread with egg whites, cheddar & sausage, with a bottle of water. I thought I was doing pretty well having that today but when I tracked it on line it told me it had 500 calories! : (
