I did bring it to the servers attention & she comp'd my meal. She said it was a piece from the pastry brush but it didn't look like a pastry brush to me. I lost my appetite which isn't all bad.

What is continental bread? And is peanut paste the same as peanut butter?

GG, continental bread is like a vienna, it is a crusty loaf of bread

Yes, peanut paste is the same as peanut butter

I'm having a hot and spicy tomato juice. I prefer flavouring my own, darn this stuff is hot!

I've got this in the works, minus the bread. I'm using homemade tomato sauce.

1/2 c oatmeal, 1/4 cup lemon and honey greek yogurt, 8 oz low-sodium V-8, 10 ounce coffee with 1 tsp cane sugar and 1 ounce half and half.

My morning snack will be half a granny smith apple, I'll be drinking water all day.
