It used to be something we did every sunday morning in the past. We haven't done that for several months. It was a nice treat, not to be done as often as we used to in the past though.

Actually made time for a nice sit-down breakfast this morning. Mushroom, Swiss, & Onion omelet with fried p'taters. And of course, the obligatory cappuccino.

Smoothie. Mixed berries, banana, yogurt, skim milk, ground flax seed.....I would rather have had sausages, eggs, homefries and chase it down with a Bloody Mary, but it's Monday morning, so what is a guy to do?

I just finished up the fried perch on two toasted kaiser rolls with Am cheese and a caper tartar sauce.

Two slices of leftover pork roast, gravy, and leftover potatoes and carrots. More a brunch than breakfast because I ate later than usual.

Shrek took me out for breakfast after my stress test. We both had coffee, biscuits and gravy with an egg and hash browns. Perfect breakfast for a heart patient...

Rock, I love the sound of your smoothie

Do use use a stick blender to make them or an upright blender?
