Costco Croissants stuffed with fried Eggs, Cheese (to the diners choice, Swiss for DH and Cheddar for Moi), and BACON!
I made up three, but we only ate 1 1/2 … breakfast for tomorrow!

DH and I had brunch today with Mister Dear Friend aka DH's lifelong friend from back East.
We went to one of the Indian Casino/Resort/Restaurant places here in the middle of the desert. WOW!
This place is located up on a very high bluff/hill/whatever it is and the views are just stunning of the entire town! STUNNING! I'd like to go back for linner sometime and have cocktails first on the patio over looking the town and watch all the lights come on
It won't be anytime soon, as we have snow again in the forecast
Oh, the food, yeah …
I had the Belgian Waffle, which I hardly ever order in restaurants, but it sounded good and that BACON!!!!
The guys each had the Scottish Smoked Salmon plate, MMM!
Coffee and Mimosa for the non-driver in the group
We all agreed that the price for what we got was pretty good.
Can't wait to go back!
Oh, I forgot to say that Mr. DF arrived before us and went into the Casino... HE WON! $450 Brunch was on him!

Wanted hash browns with our eggs and toast this morning..
No potatoes so I chopped up frozen French fries to make hash browns.. Turned out great..

Since I'd just made two loaves of white bread a few days ago, we had French toast, along with pork sausage patties, orange juice and coffee. Both of us were truly sated.

I've been having a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries, and a banana. Love that breakfast.

I don't have to cook tonight since we have leftovers, so I made us a nice brunch. We had fruit salad, scrambled eggs with Spice House Lake Shore Drive seasoning and French feta cheese, and whole, multi-grain bagel.
