That does look good! I assume everything goes into a muffin tin and is baked in the oven. If so, how do you keep the eggs from becoming overcooked? Or is the egg added afterward?

Thanks everybody !! Hey the pic is right side up too!! This is one of my faves because it is soooo simple to make and only one dish to wash.
Grease your muffin pan first. Press the prosciutto into each muffin cup, then fill however you like. On these I put some shredded gruyere and tarragon then egg on top.
375/400f depending on your oven for 15mins. Viola'
You can also scramble your eggs first and add peppers mushrooms, whatever you like...
