Woke up this morning with a strange craving for something spicy. So I made this jalapeņo omelet with tomatillo jalapeņo salsa, and an English muffin with jalapeņo cream cheese.

Too much jalapeņo maybe?

It's always good to have a half gallon of vanilla ice cream on hand in case of an emergency!

I plan to be churning 1 quart of maple and 1 1/2 quart of chocolate this afternoon.
