I have to say, y'all eat the weirdest things for breakfast (wink-wink). I had 'sorta chili" (vegetarian--Thai red chili paste--green olives--brown rice--tomato-green pepper-mushrooms-a dash of apricot jam-onion,ginger, -garlic, white kidney beans...) and two eggs poached in the chili, topped with a bit of Gouda cheese, a "normal" breakfast. I'm stuffed--think I need a nap!

Geez you two, you've got an echo echo echo going on over here.

Treated myself to a fancy (not toast or cereal) breakfast today. I made an omelet with crumbled cooked bacon and avocado slices, topped it with provolone cheese. OK, I did have a slice of toast, but the omelet was so good. Since the other half of the omelet will end up in my salad tonight I'll probably be back to toast or cereal tomorrow.
