Myrtle gifted me with a JUMBO egg (I weighed it--it weighs 4 oz./114 g). Breakfast is avocado, steamed asparagus, rice of the prairies, and Myrtle's JUMBO egg, a glass of plain soy milk (contains 50% of the daily requirement for vit B12).

I skipped the avocado--added wilted watercress instead (time to eat it up!). The JUMBO egg was a double-yolker. I can tell that it is spring and the girls' diet now includes grass, grubs, and other goodies they find in the yard. The yolks were nice, rich orange. Yum!!!!

breakfast

I enjoy Greek yogurt with pistachios and Craisins. Just can't eat a heavy breakfast like I use to.

Yummy, Andy. Reminds me I have a few bananas that are getting ripe for banana bread.

I had the rest of the burrito I brought home from lunch out yesterday.
