that is what i had left in fridge. leftover from ziti. thought it would be like cottage cheese. like i said, ok. but i won't have again. just really wasn't hungry.

Today I made a chorizo, bean, and Mexican rice omelette with cheddar and jack cheese, salsa, and sour cream.

Quaker quick oatmeal topped with raisins, brown sugar, walnuts, diced fresh strawberries, chopped fresh pineapple & skim milk. Toast w/pbj & a cup of coffee.

On weekdays I have granola that I make myself. very healthy: oats, flax, honey, nuts, dried fruit, etc. Winter time I cook it up and in summer I eat like cereal!
