Hmmm, hi all, I'm the new "kid" on the block...

This morning's breakfast was a slice of home-made bread, low-fat spreading cheese, slices of pink beefsteak tomato and lots of black pepper. Cup of tea (with milk - I'm a Brit!).

I'm so happy to see that not everyone subscribes to the oatmeal/muesli/cereal sort of breakfast. I'm starting to feel quite at home :-)

Today it's simply orange juice, grape-nuts flakes with strawberries and/or blueberries, a glass of Ovaltine, and coffee

Breakfast this morning is a bacon and Swiss burger on a toasted store bought bun with crisp lettuce and tomato.

(I made two burgers last night, but only ate one.)
