one piece of toast made with high fiber bread, orange marmalade and a glass of milk. not very hungry either. problems with blood sugar.

I had 3 egg whites, 1 slice of fat free cheese, 2 pieces of bacon & 2 slices of toast, a banana & a 12 oz. strong caramel machiatto.

Breakfast this morning was some tuna salad with dill and hard boiled eggs on a hamburger bun bottom.

A bowl of crunchy Kashi and milk just about every morning. I've gotten too lazy to make oatmeal.
