I made 1/2 Steel Cut Oatmeal and 1/2 Harvest Grains Mix (Harvest Grains Blend - 2 lb.) in the rice cooker last night.

It was an excellent breakfast along with coffee.

I no longer respond to this because I just eat FRESH eggs, some greens, and whatever else I have on hand (ham, bacon, potatoes). Gets really boring to re-post the pics!

This was on Canada AM this morning. I'm using wild rice flour for the crepes (would've added some leftover wild rice, but didn't have any on hand). I will have a wild rice chive crepe filled with ham, scrambled egg (okay, I'm still having an egg), and some swiss cheese in about an hour. The batter is in the fridge chilling.
Jan. 12, 2012: Quebecois-Style Pea Soup | CTV News

Scroll down past the pea soup recipe (which is what I'm doing with the ham bone this weekend, only I'll probably use thyme and savory and stock instead of water), you'll hit the savory crepe recipe.

Canadian Living magazine is featuring regional food each month. February is recipes from Quebec. I will have to go check out January's recipes to see which region was featured.

Had a scrambled egg in a cup this am. Just sprayed the coffee cup with Pam, added an egg, peppers and cheese. Gave it a stir, and microwaved it. Not bad!
