Thanks everybody !! Hey the pic is right side up too!! This is one of my faves because it is soooo simple to make and only one dish to wash.
Grease your muffin pan first. Press the prosciutto into each muffin cup, then fill however you like. On these I put some shredded gruyere and tarragon then egg on top.
375/400f depending on your oven for 15mins. Viola'
You can also scramble your eggs first and add peppers mushrooms, whatever you like...

Can't decide which adjective belongs first, but it looks scrumptious! Poughkeepsie, huh? CIA is up there if I remember correctly. :chef: OK, are you a ringer that someone planted here???

Personally, I don't care. You could have learned at the elbow of the five greatest chefs and all I'd think of is "what kind of tips could we get from Cheezy?"
 
Thank you for the positive thoughts & prayers. I am still on a clear diet. Will be up to the hospital at 6 am for surgery tomorrow.
