I made myself a microwave frittata in a cup for breakfast this morning.

Hutzelbrot yesterday, tuna salad sandwiches (Bumble Bee, Hellmanns mayo, onion, celery, lemon juice) on toasted white bread. Iced black tea with lemon and honey.

The frittata is actually like scrambled eggs with cheese, meat and veggies added in. It's pretty good.

This morning I just had a bowl of AllBran flakes, boring, but healthy

The frittata is actually like scrambled eggs with cheese, meat and veggies added in. It's pretty good.

What I like about them is that some of the cooking is done in the oven. I hate runny eggs so I'm not a big fan of omelettes. Used to be "loose" eggs all the time I would try to order out. Now the gubment and a gaggle of lawyers have all restauranteurs worried about killing people with undercooked anything so at least an omelette comes out well done now!
