Today's lunch was a tuna salad sandwich with chopped scallions on whole wheat toast.

I went to a little dive on fourth street and had Baja style sirloin soft tacos with salsa fresca, crema, pickled onions a squeeze of lemon and a dash of salt.

Spanish rice and whole pintos on the side.

I wanted a frosty Negra Modelo with lima y sal but I was working today so I had a Coke.

Glad to see you are getting protein into you. It will speed up the healing.
