I had a soft poached egg and grilled cherry tomatoes on a slice of low GI wholegrain bread.

Don't eat sandwiches at home much but, today, I had a delicious sandwich of bourbon-honey ham with Swiss cheese on sourdough bread. Ohhhh, very tasty.
