i finally found a brand of kim chi that is perfect, one that is spicy enough for me. i ate almost 1/2 of a one pound jar for my lunch, with wheat pita bread. my throat is burning with kim chi, pleading 'enough!' while my mouth is burning, demanding More!

V, we love Spam, it is so tasty...we actually get the Lite one, bit less fat

We have the Original Breville Sandwich Maker, they are great as they seal all the edges and cut the sandwich in half for you too
