Salad sandwich

I made a salad terrine once. It actually worked out very well!

I was craving a Cuban sandwich for a good 10 days now. Made my husband get me one from the restaurant down stairs.

Half cup of tomato soup mixed withh half cup of new england clam chowder. A few croutons on top and half a lemon poppy seed muffin.

We had lunch catered at work, a grilled tenderloin, grilled sliced potatoes and carrots, and a nice salad, along with a bunch of homemade desserts.

Then we had to sit through the whole afternoon meeting.....
