I had planned leftovers for lunch...tuna salad made with lemon juice and olive oil, capers, kalamata olives, green onions, roasted red peppers on baby greens with Campari tomatoes and fresh mozzarella.

Today I will be having some of the sausage curry that is leftover from last night, it was delicious!

I am feeling better. I got good news today. My regular email account was hacked and used to apply a charge to my credit card. I had a little more than $100 put back into my account. I was not the only one this happened to. I will be closing that email account. That would make anyone happy. $100.00. YEA!!!
