I had a small banana, a jack link's tereyaki beef steak/jerky & a small bag of special k cheddar cracker chips, very filling.

i finally found a brand of kim chi that is perfect, one that is spicy enough for me. i ate almost 1/2 of a one pound jar for my lunch, with wheat pita bread. my throat is burning with kim chi, pleading 'enough!' while my mouth is burning, demanding More!

What is kim chi? Some chinese food with hot peppers?
