Lunch today was tuna salad on lite, 12 grain bread with 1/2 cup of tomato/basil soup with a few croutons.

I didn't pack a lunch so I stopped at subway for a turkey sub. Not bad!

Very windy & cold here today it was a good day for some homemade chili & crackers for lunch today.

I had a poached egg on a slice of soy and linseed loaf with a bit of grated cheddar and 3 jalapeno's.

Yesterday for lunch I had a pork sausage with salad

It was! That is one of our favorite meals when we need something super-quick.

Had soft tacos, with green salsa,cilantro,carnitas,chopped onions, rice and beans with lots of lime squeezed over all. it was outstanding.

The Pickled Jalapeno's I had yesterday were so good I finished the jar today with soft boiled eggs and salad.
Made the darn Jalapeno's myself a few months ago but forgot what I put in them
