what was on my dinner menu was chix burgers club sammiches & choice of chips or fries. Chef lectured again today so we kept the food very simple. i just munched on some fries. too early for that much food!

left over pork stir-fry. will add some peppers and pineapple to it. way to salty last night. maybe more veg. and fruit will help that.

Made a pork tenderloin wrapped in pastry...I brushed the pastry with Dijon and then sprinkle on finely chopped tarragon, wrapped it up, brushed with egg wash and it is in the oven as I type this, I have some buttered,parsley noodles to go with it, a green salad and some prosciutto wrapped asparagus topped with parm waiting.. Dessert not today

thank you!! homemade baking powder biscuits. i used the toaster oven and i they came out browner than i like but they were good.

We had pan seared sea scallops (dry pack), garlic bread and tossed salad.

The sauce was sharp cheddar with the tomatoes mixed in. On top I put Chevre and grated sharp Romano.

added peppers, red,green,yellow sauté with onions. added some plum sauce, really good, better than last night.
