What is for Dinner, Friday, May 15th?

I'm not sure, but possibly chicken salad.

What are you having?

If you weren't a 15+ hours drive away, I'd show up for dinner, it sounds awesome!

Well, my son made it home today from college. I had thought we would be grilling steaks, corn-on-the-cob and portobello mushrooms for the big Welcome Home Dinner. But when I was talking w/ him a few min. ago, he said he wanted to find an IMAX theater and go see Star Trek again w/ his dad and sis (I'm not nuts for sci-fi). SO, if that happens, they will get popcorn and I will have soup, lol. But we WILL have that steak dinner this weekend, sometime when it's not raining.

Have a great weekend all!
