Pan-fried burger topped with Tabasco hot & spicy ketchup, pickle chips, homemade macaroni salad, red seedless grapes and green salad (butter lettuce, radicchio, sliced mushroom cap and sliced tomato) dressed with ground sea salt, ground pepper and lemon juice.

Beautiful as usual, MsM.

We grilled some chicken thighs that I had marinated in Wishbone Italian salad dressing. Sides were baked beans with extra bacon, my KFC copycat slaw, and garlic bread.

Shepherd's Pie, green salad and artisan rye bread, with a nice Chardonnay. Apple pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert.

aunt bea, have you ever seen the machine they use for "cubing" meats? it looks like a type of pasta maker from hell, or like a pasta maker turned decepticon.
